Cheesy Bacon and Beef Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

250g fusilli pasta

300g ground beef

100g crispy bacon, chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

200ml heavy cream

150g shredded mozzarella cheese

50g grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cook fusilli pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Stir in ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour in heavy cream and mix well. Stir in cooked pasta, crispy bacon, and half of the mozzarella. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top, and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
