Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz cheese tortellini
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Sauté shrimp in butter with salt and pepper for 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
In the same skillet, cook garlic for 1 minute, add heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Add tortellini and shrimp to the sauce, toss gently, and heat through for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
