Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth.
Use a tablespoon to scoop the spinach mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the spoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each spoonful slightly with the back of the spoon to form a crisp shape.
Top each mound with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
