Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, and minced garlic. Mix everything until it’s well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 25-30 minutes or until they are fully cooked and have a nice golden brown color.
- If you’re making the Spinach Alfredo Sauce yourself, simply combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and cooked spinach in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until it’s creamy.
- Serve the meatballs with the Spinach Alfredo Sauce either on top of pasta or as a dish on their own.
