A fun and creative take on sushi, featuring a cheeseburger filling wrapped in seaweed and rice
Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked sushi rice
4 sheets nori (seaweed)
Soy sauce for dipping
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Lay nori sheets flat and spread a thin layer of rice on top. Add ground beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
3️⃣ Roll the sushi tightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
4️⃣ Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
Notes
Add pickles for a more traditional cheeseburger flavor.
Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for later.
