Ingredients:
2 slices thick-cut bread
6 slices crispy bacon
200g beef brisket or steak, sliced
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Instructions:
Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
Sear the beef in the same pan with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned.
Butter the bread and toast in a pan until golden brown.
Layer the sandwich with cheese, beef, bacon, and BBQ sauce.
Grill on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve hot with pickles or fries.
