Ingredients

· 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
· ½ cup granulated sugar
· 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
· 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
· Optional: ½ cup powdered sugar + 2 teaspoons milk for glaze

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut: Separate biscuits and cut each into 6 equal pieces (quarter each biscuit, then cut each quarter into 3 small chunks).
  3. Coat: Combine sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Place melted butter in another bowl.
  4. Dip: Roll each biscuit piece in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
