Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites Recipe
Perfect for a sweet snack, breakfast treat, or party dessert, these bite-sized delights are quick to make and impossible to resist. Using pre-made biscuit dough makes them incredibly easy!
Ingredients
· 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
· ½ cup granulated sugar
· 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
· 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
· Optional: ½ cup powdered sugar + 2 teaspoons milk for glaze
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut: Separate biscuits and cut each into 6 equal pieces (quarter each biscuit, then cut each quarter into 3 small chunks).
- Coat: Combine sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Place melted butter in another bowl.
- Dip: Roll each biscuit piece in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Bake: Arrange pieces on baking sheet (leave space between them). Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Finish: Remove from oven. While warm, toss bites in remaining cinnamon sugar for extra coating.
- Optional Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bites.
