Ingredients:
First Layer:
1 oz Blue Curacao
½ oz Coconut Milk
Ice (for shaking & filling the glass)
Second Layer:
3 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coconut Milk
1.5 oz Mango Rum
Top Layer:
1 oz Sprite
1 oz Coconut Milk
Garnishes:
Orange Wedge
Pineapple Fronds
Instructions:
First Layer:
In a cocktail shaker, combine Blue Curacao and Coconut Milk.
Shake vigorously with ice for 20 seconds.
Strain into a Collins glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Second Layer:
- In a shaker, mix Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Milk, and Mango Rum.
- Shake for 20 seconds.
- Slowly pour into the glass so it floats on top of the blue layer.
Top Layer: - In a shaker, combine Sprite and Coconut Milk.
- Stir vigorously until it forms a foam.
- Carefully float the foam on top of the drink.
Garnish & Serve: - Garnish with an orange wedge and a pineapple frond.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the layered tropical goodness!
Extra Tips:
For a deeper blue layer, use a little less coconut milk in the first layer.
For a frozen version, blend all layers separately with ice and pour in order.
Add a mango slice on top for extra tropical flair!
